What if my order is wrong?

Superior Menus works hard to ensure that every order is shipped correctly. If your order should arrive with an error, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-464-2182 and we will make every effort to help correct the problem.

Why does my credit card statment reference "Thayer"?

If paying by credit card, the company name "Thayer" will appear on your credit card statement. Thayer Publishing is the parent company of Superior Menus and all invoices are billed through them.

How should I submit my Logo?

Artwork sent on a disk or via our website is preferred. Submit your artwork to Below are theprograms and formats needed for artwork to be accepted on disk or via the Web. NOTE: We cannot access artwork sent in any program other than the ones listed below. (Sending artwork in another program will slow down the order process and could result in additional charges.) Artwork must include a customer name and account number (for existing customers). Zip files or CDs are acceptable. All fonts must be outlined and listed (Ex. Name of font, if it is Bold or Italic).

These are the preferred ways of receiving files:

  • Adobe Illustrator CS 3 or earlier (All fonts must be converted to outlines and saved as EPS or AI.)
  • Adobe Photoshop Bitmap Image (600 DPI saved as a TIFF line drawing.)

What menu covers do you have IN STOCK?

Our in-stock Vinyl Menu Sleeves and Elite Menu Covers ship within 1 business day. In-stock Economy Menu Sleeves ship within 3 business days. All other menu covers are made to order and require a minimum of 7-10 business days for production.

Are menu cover SAMPLES available?

Samples of our Stock Economy Menu covers are available at No Charge.All other Stock Menus will be provided and charged at per piece retail.
Custom Menu samples are available at a charge of $50, which will be credited to your menu order. Please note samples are sent for quality and construction purposes only. We have chosen the most popular version of each style for sample mailings. If you request a color other than what we use for our samples, you will receive a color swatch of the actual material.

HOW MANY MENUS should I order?

We recommend ordering for at least two-thirds of your seating capacity to reduce deterioration of menu covers from overuse. An example: if your seating capacity is 100, the recommended menu count is 67.

Can I see a PROOF (sample) of my menu cover before placing an order?

Electronic proofs or faxed proofs (showing only the size and placement of your logo on the cover) are available. There is a $15 charge for the first proof and a $5 charge for each proof thereafter. Production will begin once you approve your proof. Proofs must be requested at the time of order.


Imprinted custom menu covers and non in-stock sewn-edge menu covers are made to order and take approximately 7-10 business days for production. Non-imprinted items and in-stock Vinyl,Economy and Elite Menus ship within 1-3 business days. Allow 3-5 additional days for shipping time. Menu covers ship from Minnesota.
